Delivering the Benefits of Ventilator and Dialysis Programs
Constantly expanding our services and capabilities, Sun West Choice offers specialized sub-acute programs to promote recovery and provide continuity of care throughout the stay. Typical of Sun West Choice’s top-tier treatment are the services provided by our newest addition, the state-of-the-art Ventilator and Dialysis programs.
Under the direction of a pulmonologist, our Pulmonary/Ventilator program offers specialized care for patients experiencing acute/chronic respiratory disorders and who may require ventilator support, respiratory treatments, non-invasive positive pressure ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP) or tracheotomy care. Our Renal Care program offers dialysis and specialized care for patients with acute or chronic renal failure or insufficiency and who may be experiencing multiple system complications under the direction of a Nephrologist.
Remembrance
Sun West Choice offers a secured wing designed to meet the needs of memory impaired residents. A professional nursing and caring staff is available in this wing along with 24/7 safety and security measures, medical care, emotional support and assistance with activities of daily living. Family support, recreational therapy and activities are encouraged with the goal of making all our residents feel as though they are living as they would in their own home.
