Both & Wings are two separate, secured sections which meet the special needs of our memory-impaired residents. Whether your loved one needs specialized Dementia care or specialized Alzheimer’s care, we can accommodate those needs.  Staffed by professional nurses and caregivers, these special units offer safety and security, medical care and emotional support along with assistance in daily activities and support for families. Our goal is to make all our residents feel as though they are living as they would in their own home.

Bedside Dialysis Program

Choice Rehab Care’s Bedside Dialysis Program is based on a multi-disciplinary rehabilitative approach to renal care. Individual goals are established for functional improvement and healing under the direction of a Nephrologist. The Bedside Dialysis Program includes specialized care for the medically complex individual with acute/chronic renal failure or insufficiency, with multiple system complications.

The Bedside Dialysis Program is staffed with specially trained registered nurses who will provide gentle, daily, on-site care so that patients do not have to be transported to dialysis centers, limiting interruptions to their daily activities, meals, and continuity of care.
