Sun West Choice Healthcare & Rehab is a 140 bed Skilled Nursing Facility which is Medicare and Medicaid Certified and has proudly served the Sun City West and surrounding areas since 1985 amd have been rated "Excellent" by the Arizona Department of Health Services for 4 consecutive years.
Sun West Choice offers a wide variety of services for your individual needs.
We offer short term rehabilitation on our “Progressions” Sub-Acute unit for that seamless transition from hospital to home.
Long Term Care placement is also available for your loved one who needs the type of 24 hour care that you can no longer continue to provide at home. We are here to help.
Our Rememberance Unit is a secured, patient centered program for those residents with cognitive impairments that make them unsafe to continue living at home independently.
Respite Care services is offered at Sun West Choice for as little as 2 days or for the time required to meet your needs. Often time apart is as valuable and dear as the hours you spend together. Respite care can bridge those cherished times for caregivers who need to get away without sacrificing continued care and peace of mind.
Sun West Choice is also contracted with various Hospice companies here in the Valley. Our desire is to provide a supportive environment for the care of persons with serious and life-threatening diseases. When aggressive therapy can no longer make an impact on the disease, we will assist in attaining the subtle balance between the body, the mind and the spirit.
