Q. If I need to admit my loved one, what is the process?
A. Call our facility and speak to our friendly Director of Admissions about the admission process. We’ll help you verify your insurance and provide you with a list of the paperwork required from your physician. It can be overwhelming, so if you need some assistance please don’t hesitate to ask us.

Q. Does Medicare pay for my stay?
A. If you are eligible, Medicare will pay 100% for the first 20 days. After 20 days there is a Co-Insurance rate per day that may or may not be covered by your secondary insurance.

Q. We both need placement, can we share a room?
A. Yes, Sun West Choice Healthcare & Rehab allows you to share a room with your spouse. We want the transition of placement to be as easy on your loved ones as possible.

Q. Will my insurance pay for this level of care?
A. Sun West Choice has a variety of contracts. Please call our Director of Admissions to see if your insurance is contracted with our Skilled Nursing Facility.

A. Sun West Choice Healthcare & Rehab is a licensed Skilled Nursing Facility which provides 24 hour nursing care. We provide Inpatient Rehabilitation Services and Long Term Care placement.
